Hull City target Nolan

Hull city boss Phil Brown is keen to bolster his midfield options and has turned his attention once again to toon midfielder Kevin Nolan. The player is keen for a qiuck fire return to the premier league after a dissapointing season which saw Newcastle relegated. Nolan left Bolton for 4 milllion pounds in January and Brown who worked with the midfielder during his time at Bolton, is eager to sign the player having offered 2.5 million pounds. The significance of bringing in some quality to the Tigers midfield has been all the more important after Hulls record signing Bullard will be expected to miss the first 3 months of the season.

This would be a much needed addition to Browns squad who is carrying far to many players who are well out of there depth in the premier league. The tigers endured a torrid last half of the premiership season which nearly saw themselves relegated.
